Construction and Noise Notices

  • SUMMER 2025 CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: Roof work on Building 3 will be underway from May through November 2025. During this time, there will be scaffolding on Building 3, but not Building 1. Construction noise is possible.

Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Standard check-in and check-out times apply; early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional charge depending on other bookings.
  • Door codes for smart locks will be provided for contactless check-in and check-out. No staff will meet you at the property.

Property Access

  • Key cards (provided in the condo) are required for access to resort indoor and outdoor amenities.
  • A community laundry room is available in each building. The condo does not have its own washer and dryer.

Policies and Rules

  • The property is non-smoking and non-vaping, including balconies and decks. Smoking is only permitted outdoors at least 75 feet from the building. Proper disposal of cigarette butts is required.
  • Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
  • Minimum age for primary renter: 25 years.
  • Children allowed.
  • No parties, large groups, or events allowed.
  • No pets allowed. There is a $450 fine for unauthorized pets.
  • Written rental agreement must be signed and returned.

  • Free parking is available on site.
  • Tesla destination chargers are available in the upper Snowshed parking lot (a short walk from the condo). Non-Tesla EVs may use these with a J1772 adapter. Overnight parking is not allowed in the charging area.

  • Indoor amenities (Building 3): Pool, hot tubs, saunas, and steam room open daily from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.; fitness center open 24/7. Key cards (provided in the condo) are required for access.
  • Outdoor amenities (between Buildings 1 & 2): Seasonal heated saltwater pool, BBQ grills, and fire pit (Memorial Day to mid-September, 9 a.m.–10 p.m.). Key cards required.
  • The free shuttle service to the resort leaves every 15 minutes outside the condo from Thanksgiving to Easter. The condo is a 7-minute walk to Snowshed Lodge.

Safety and Emergency Information

  • Winter: Building maintenance may access the condo to shovel decks and patios to prevent ice buildup and leaks. This is a homeowners association requirement.
  • The town has well water that is high in mineral content. Bottled water is recommended for those sensitive to taste.
  • Winter weather is unpredictable. Weather-related refunds are not offered; travel insurance is recommended. All-wheel drive and winter tires are recommended.
